Far from home (we are from New Mexico), our Prius was damaged by hitting road debris. Because the car is so close to the ground, it was difficult for us to determine the extent of the damage. Two other shops in Greensburg said they were too busy to put the car on a lift, but Luke and his team did this with no delay, which revealed that the car had considerable damage that would require work by a body shop. It took three days to arrange an inspection by the insurance adjuster and have the car transported to the body shop. All this time, Lug Nutz kept the car on the premises and cooperated fully with State Farm, while we got a rental and continued with our trip. We offered to pay Luke for his services, but he declined all payment. The whole affair could have been a huge inconvenience for us, but Lug Nutz made it about as painless as possible under the circumstances. We give Lug Nutz a stong recommendation, based on its courtesy and generosity.
